Cancellation Policy
Deposits are Non-refundable. (Exclusion: IF I AM NOT ABLE TO MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT, IT WILL BE CANCELLED AND THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.) Otherwise, deposit will be applied to your total balance. Please bring the rest of your payment in cash. Debit & Credit cards are also accepted. 🗣Late/No Show Policy (2021) 10 minutes late = +$10 late fee; 20 minutes late= deposit forfeited and client must reschedule. Same day no show (W/ or w/o Call) = Deposit forfeited & will be required to Cash App 50% of remaining/outstanding balance. You will not be allowed to book again until 50% fee has been paid in full. To Cancel, please click "Change/Cancel Appointment" on your confirmation email a day ahead of your scheduled appointment. (Deposit and any fees incurred will be forfeited.*) RESCHEDULING REQUIREMENTS: At your convenience and ONLY ONCE, you may reschedule online at least 24 hours before your appointment if you are unable to make your appointment. Your appointment WILL be cancelled if you attempt to reschedule more than once. (** The site doesn't allow me to set a limit for reschedules so please be responsible. **) You will receive a confirmation email when you book and a reminder for your appointment 24 hours prior. To self service rescheduling and cancelling your appointment please click "Change/Cancel Appointment" on your confirmation email. MAXIMIZE your appointment: Arrive on time. Every minute counts. You will shorten your appointment time or risk having your appointment cancelled if you are late. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early if you have never completed your consent form. Come Alone. I am unable to focus entirely on your service if I have to keep one eye on your guests. Please bathe and remove all perfumes and lotions prior to your appointment.
